Are you a real organizer and would you like to apply your knowledge to the realization of complex technical projects? Do you bring several years of experience as a Project Manager with you and your searching for a new challenge? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

As project manager, you are responsible for delivering automated logistics systems to our customers. You do this in accordance with planning, costs, quality, scope and resources. In this role, you manage a multidisciplinary project team, and you are the discussion partner for the customer and suppliers.


Some of your daily tasks:

  • Managing and detailing project specifications in cooperation with customers/suppliers;
  • Supervising project teams and managing team members to achieve the right project goals;
  • Accountable for each project to the Steering Committee and operationally to the Department Manager;
  • Continuously monitor and manage the deployment of appropriate technical, functional and software solutions;
  • Liaise professionally with customers and suppliers and create a long-term relationship.

What do we ask of you?

As a Project Manager, you like to be on the road and have no problem with traveling. You have an affinity with technology, logistics and automation processes and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are strong in communication, negotiation and advice, have highly developed analytical skills and can quickly decipher problems.


Furthermore, you bring the following with you:

  • A completed technical HBO-/WO education;
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Project Manager;
  • Training / studies, work or comparable qualification in the field of automated intralogistics;
  • Excellent command of German and English, both oral and written (knowledge of Dutch is a plus);
  • Willingness to travel (inter)nationally to visit projects: 30% to 40% on an annual basis.

The team

As Project Manager you will join our colleagues in Germany. You will work closely with our head office in Venray. There your further project team will be formed; Software, hardware, PLC engineers, integration engineer and site supervisors. Your supervisor will work in the Netherlands, this is our team lead Projects.
